I'll leave that to the theologians and animal lovers to figure out. There's some stark disagreement even among members of this family. I'm pretty sure that for Susannah, at least, Missy is romping in warm, green, mouse-bountiful meadows. I'm certainly not going to do anything to discourage that comforting image.
I have a feeling Susannah will grieve the hardest of us all, as she was her bed-mate for years.

Oh my goodness Ruthie, I am SO sorry...I have tears in my eyes. I am an animal lover - especially of cats as I have my 14yr old Harley cat. My heart breaks for your family as I experience the love a cat gives & I have a constant scare that he is "getting up there" in age. Please accept my condolences..I do believe that Missy Cat is in kitty heaven frolicing in catnip. (((hugs)))
You are very welcome about the comments. I truly mean it. I'm with you on the heaven debate. That's for sure.
Thanks for thinking of me when Michael got voted off..yes I was VERY upset. (To say the least) He was my number 2 guy. I know that people have to get voted off and it will soon be everybody's time to go, but when someone gets voted off that you strongly believe should be there before others..(hehehe..not naming names..LOL)..that is when I get perturbed. Well thank God we don't have the Sanjaya problem like last year, so many talented people went home, it was like it was all one big joke you know? Ok..I'll get off my soapbox now..hehehe.
You asked what I do..I'm a corporate travel agent. With the travel industry the way it is, it is very hard to find work. I've been with the same company for 8yrs. The computer is taking over most of the industry so it is very hard. That is the only reason why I do the commute. It is hard & stressful because NJ isn't the easiest of places to drive. I think we were voted 3rd worst traffic state in the US.
Thanks for asking! Please try & have a nice day. Again, I am very, very sorry to hear about your kitty cat.
PS..Remember me tonight, I'll be on the edge of my seat when David Cook performs his "Mariah Carey song"...I can't even imagine. LOL!
I will miss her too, from afar. She was a good kitty.
Have you figured out who can sneakily give Suse the replacements?
I know how hard this would be at our house. When my youngest daughter moved out for a brief time our cat went into a depression. It was so sad.
I think we all would miss her terribly if she were to die.
Sad for Sus. What a bummer. Glad she went peacefully.
Oh, and you don't need a bread machine for the bread recipes. I've recently discovered that my kitchenaid does just fine, especially on the bagels.
